Mae Hensley after school tutoring and intervention program has begun! Students can access support with MH teachers on Tuesdays, Thursdays and non planning day Wednesdays. The tutoring and intervention program will run until May 13th, 2027. Contact our office if you have any questions.

Reminder: The deadline to submit renaming recommendations for Cesar Chavez Junior High School (CCJHS) is Wednesday, May 27, at 11 a.m. Please visit https://www.ceres.k12.ca.us/article/2888612 for additional information, including a link to the renaming form.
An ad hoc committee representing parents/guardians, staff, students, Board members, and community members will meet on Saturday, May 30 at 9 a.m. at CCJHS to narrow the submitted name recommendations to three options. If additional consideration is needed, a second ad hoc committee meeting will be held on Monday, June 1 at 5 p.m. at CCJHS. Both meetings are open to the public.
Final recommendations will be presented to the CUSD Board of Trustees at a future public meeting.
